✅ Job Description:

We are hiring Telecallers across North India for inbound/outbound calling roles in various industries. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
• Explain products or services and generate leads or sales.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with call outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Work with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
• Fluent communication in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month

Note: Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates – up to ₹40,000/month based on performance and experience.

Location: Hiring for roles in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Ludhiana, and other North Indian cities.
