Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Supply Chain Manager to ensure the smooth execution of sales, invoicing, dispatch, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong coordination and organizational skills to manage end-to-end supply chain activities and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure the smooth flow of sales, billing, and dispatch operations

✅ Oversee daily dispatch planning and manage transport/logistics arrangements

✅ Coordinate closely with sales, warehouse, billing, and transport teams

✅ Ensure timely invoicing and document accuracy

✅ Optimize supply chain processes for cost efficiency and timely delivery

✅ Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation and tracking

Candidate Requirements:

🎓 Education:

• B.Com / M.Com
• MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred

🛠️ Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/inventory management
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and invoicing flow
• Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain software/tools
