We are hiring a seasoned Shift In-Charge to lead production shifts in a high-capacity manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, a mechanical background, and strong leadership skills to manage supervisors and a large workforce efficiently.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire shift production operations
• Manage and guide a team of 5 supervisors and a total workforce of 150+ employees
• Ensure optimal productivity, efficiency, and discipline during the shift
• Monitor and control rejections, scrap, and all types of production wastage
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for uninterrupted operations
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and safety compliance
• Continuously improve shift operations through process optimization and team training
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

🎯 Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a production/manufacturing setup
• Graduate, preferably with a Mechanical background
• Proven experience in managing manpower and shift-level operations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
• Familiarity with lean practices, rejection handling, and waste reduction methods
