Senior Travel Consultant – Luxury Clientele

Location: Ludhiana

Experience: 3–6 years (Luxury travel experience mandatory)

Salary: As per experience and market standards

Responsibilities:

• Manage travel planning and arrangements for high-end/luxury clients
• Offer customized international and domestic itineraries with premium services
• Maintain a high level of client service and discretion at all times
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, visa agents, and luxury service providers
• Handle end-to-end travel bookings including flights, accommodations, transfers, and special requests
• Maintain client profiles and preferences to ensure personalized experiences
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and changes in travel plans
• Keep up-to-date with luxury travel trends and exclusive destinations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Travel, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with a reputed travel agency or luxury travel desk
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) and travel CRM software preferred
• Professional attitude with strong client relationship management skills
