Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior People Officer to drive performance review processes, policy development, and culture-building initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with strong HR expertise and leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage performance review cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Drive culture-building initiatives to promote employee engagement, inclusivity, and organizational values
• Partner with leadership and teams to identify talent development needs and solutions
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and foster a positive workplace environment
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
• Prepare reports and presentations related to people metrics and HR programs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in mid to senior-level roles
• Strong experience in performance management, policy building, and organizational culture
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving change
