Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Experience: 3–6 Years (Pharmaceutical Industry Preferred)

Salary: As per industry standards, negotiable based on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – NPPA Compliance to oversee and manage compliance related to NPPA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DPCO, price control policies, and regulatory frameworks applicable to pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely submission of price-related data to NPPA (Form I, II, III, V, VI, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with DPCO, 2013 guidelines
• Monitor changes in NPPA regulations and communicate implications to internal teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Regulatory, Production, Marketing, etc.) for pricing updates
• Handle queries and communications with NPPA and related authorities
• Assist in preparation of documents and audit reports related to price control
• Track and implement price revisions and ceiling prices as per NPPA notifications
• Manage product-wise pricing database and maintain supporting documentation

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of DPCO, 2013 and NPPA compliance
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and document management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Commerce, or equivalent
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical pricing or regulatory compliance
