Senior Accountant

Experience: Minimum 5–10 Years

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Full-time)

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with 5 to 10 years of solid accounting experience to manage and oversee the daily operations of our accounts department. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of financial statements, taxation, audits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Handle finalization of accounts, TDS, GST, and income tax filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper ledger management.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash flow.
• Generate periodic MIS reports and support management with financial insights.
• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and guide junior accountants and finance staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in core accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Experience in handling audits, payroll, and monthly closings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates from a manufacturing or service industry background will be preferred.
• Should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
