Job Description:

We are hiring a female Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in IndiaMART handling and lead generation. This is a sitting profile involving client interaction, product inquiries, and follow-ups, primarily through IndiaMART and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day operations on IndiaMART: respond to inquiries, upload product details, and manage listings.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and chats to understand their requirements.
  • Maintain client follow-up records and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and analysis as required.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in handling IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales coordination and lead management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Female candidates only.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience in online B2B selling or trading environments.
  • Familiar with IndiaMART dashboard and buyer-seller communication process.
