Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced QC Assistant Manager / Senior Executive with strong expertise in analytical testing and instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of regulatory audits and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ensuring high-quality standards and compliance within the QC department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage analytical testing and instrumentation activities in the QC lab
• Ensure compliance with GLP and regulatory guidelines during all testing processes
• Prepare and review documentation for regulatory audits and inspections
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely corrective actions
• Manage calibration, validation, and maintenance of analytical instruments
• Train and mentor QC staff on analytical techniques and regulatory compliance
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports for management
• Implement process improvements to enhance lab efficiency and compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
• 7 – 9 years of hands-on experience in analytical testing and instrumentation
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory audits (FDA, WHO, ISO) and audit preparation
• Strong understanding of GLP standards and implementation
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
