QA (QMS) Executive

Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 4 Years (Injectables Industry Preferred)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated QA (QMS) Executive with solid experience in the injectables manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing quality processes related to complaints, change controls, deviations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve market complaints, ensuring timely investigation and closure
• Handle change control procedures, deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Conduct self-inspections and prepare detailed investigation reports
• Review and analyze Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) to ensure product quality and compliance
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Specifications (Spec), and Standard Test Procedures (STP)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company quality policies
• Maintain documentation and records for audits and inspections

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in QA/QMS in the injectables pharmaceutical sector
• Strong knowledge of change control, deviations, CAPA, and complaint handling
• Experience with APQR review, SOP, Spec, and STP documentation
• Good analytical, documentation, and report writing skills
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
