Project Manager – Conveyors & Industrial Projects

🎓 Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

💼 Experience: 7–8 Years (in a similar Project Head role)

💰 Salary: ₹12 – ₹14 LPA

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in handling end-to-end industrial projects involving various types of conveyor systems. The ideal candidate will lead and manage projects across industries such as pharmaceutical, bottling, sugar mills, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery
• Oversee installation and commissioning of:
  • Overhead conveyors (4-wheel, I-beam, etc.)
  • Roller conveyors
  • Belt conveyors
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion
• Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and budgets
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met at all stages
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site project issues efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience as Project Head in similar domain
• Proven hands-on expertise with various conveyor systems
• Experience working across multiple industries (Pharma, Bottling, Sugar, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required
