Metro Tyre Limited is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee shop-floor operations and ensure smooth daily production in our manufacturing unit. This role is ideal for hardworking, energetic individuals looking to grow in a high-paced industrial environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production staff
- Ensure timely and efficient production as per schedule
- Monitor machine operations and handle minor troubleshooting
- Maintain shop floor discipline and safety compliance
- Report daily production data and delays to management
- Work closely with quality and maintenance teams
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and 5S practices on the floor
🎯 Eligibility & Skills
- Any Graduation (technical background preferred but not mandatory)
- Good understanding of factory floor and production processes
- Ability to lead and motivate workers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts
