Production QMS Specialist

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production QMS Specialist with a strong background in sterile manufacturing and expertise in using ERPM systems for production tracking. The candidate will be responsible for managing batch manufacturing and packing records to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR) filling and rehire processes
• Use ERPM systems to track production status and maintain accurate production documentation
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards in sterile manufacturing
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve any documentation discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper records and documentation
• Assist in continuous improvement of production and documentation processes
• Train production staff on QMS requirements and documentation procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with ERPM systems for production tracking
• Strong knowledge of batch manufacturing and packing records management
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory compliance
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
