We are looking for a skilled Press Operator who can independently operate and manage tyre curing presses in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role is performance-based with compensation determined by per-piece production output.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Operate tyre curing press machines efficiently and safely
• Monitor and maintain press capacity and machine parameters
• Follow quality standards for cured tyre production
• Ensure timely mold loading, unloading, and alignment
• Identify basic machine issues and report for maintenance
• Record daily production and defect data as per shift guidelines
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety standards
