PPIC Executive (Production Planning, Inventory & Control)

Location:  Haryana, himachal Pradesh

Experience: 2–4 Years Preferred

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience & skills)

Industry Preference: Candidates from Havells or any Precision Engineering/Manufacturing industry will be given priority

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PPIC Executive to join our manufacturing operations team. The ideal candidate will manage production planning, inventory control, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demands and order deadlines
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Quality departments for smooth operations
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and prevent over/understocking
• Update and manage ERP/SAP systems with production and inventory data
• Create daily/weekly/monthly production reports and MIS for management review
• Implement best practices in inventory control and lean production planning
• Assist in material planning and consumption tracking based on BOM and order quantity
• Maintain ISO:9001 documentation and ensure process compliance

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in PPIC, preferably in Havells or similar precision engineering industries
• Strong knowledge of production workflow, inventory control systems, and ERP/SAP tools
• Excellent coordination, time management, and reporting skills
