PPC Executive (Production Planning & Control)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a PPC Executive to support our production planning and control operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of production processes, machine capabilities, and documentation with hands-on exposure to SAP or other ERP systems. This is a critical role that ensures smooth workflow, material planning, and production tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on customer requirements and available capacity
• Monitor shop floor activities and ensure timely execution of production schedules
• Coordinate with stores, production, purchase, and quality departments for material and resource availability
• Maintain production records, WIP tracking, and update SAP or internal ERP systems
• Support documentation related to process flow, scheduling, and performance reports
• Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime through effective planning
• Prepare and share production MIS reports with senior management
• Address discrepancies between planned and actual production

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup (freshers with strong technical aptitude may also be considered)

Key Skills Required:

• Understanding of production processes, machine operations, and workflow management
• Knowledge of SAP or any ERP software
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and documentation
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
