We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Plant – Production Head with expertise in Liquid Injection Manufacturing and strong exposure to international regulatory audits. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining product quality, and driving operational excellence at our pharmaceutical plant in Baddi.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the liquid injections production facility.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, cGMP, WHO, and international regulatory standards.
• Prepare for and handle global regulatory inspections (USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA, etc.).
• Oversee production planning, execution, process optimization, and cost control.
• Ensure timely manufacturing and release of high-quality injectable products.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, SCM, Regulatory Affairs, and HR.
• Develop SOPs, ensure documentation accuracy, and minimize deviations.
• Manage team performance, skill development, and departmental KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and plant efficiency initiatives.

🎯 Job Requirements:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc with 15+ years of hands-on experience in injectable production.
• Must have experience in liquid injection manufacturing (Small Volume Parenterals).
• Proven track record of handling international audits independently.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing technology, regulatory frameworks, and quality systems.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage plant-level operations.
