Salary: ₹1,50,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Production Head with extensive knowledge in liquid injections manufacturing and proven expertise in managing international audits. The candidate will be responsible for overall production management, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency at the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all production activities for liquid injection manufacturing at the plant
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and international audit requirements
• Prepare and manage international audits, including FDA, WHO, MHRA, etc.
• Drive operational excellence, production planning, and process optimization
• Manage and mentor production teams to meet quality and productivity goals
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance
• Monitor and control production budgets and resource allocation
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are strictly followed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field
• Minimum 15 years of production experience in liquid injections manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with international audits and regulatory inspections
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• In-depth knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results in a fast-paced environment
