Microbiology Officer (Male Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Microbiology Officer with 3-4 years of experience in sterile injectable environments. The candidate will be responsible for microbiological testing, water analysis, and maintaining laboratory records to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain pH and balance instruments for laboratory testing
• Conduct sampling and analysis of water used in sterile production
• Prepare and analyze daily Environmental Monitoring (EM) reports
• Perform media preparation and ensure proper reconciliation
• Maintain accurate logbooks and records for all microbiological activities
• Prepare trend reports based on microbiological data and lab results
• Ensure compliance with GMP and sterile manufacturing protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in injectable (sterile) pharmaceutical environment
• Good knowledge of water analysis and microbial testing procedures
• Hands-on experience with environmental monitoring and media preparation
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
