Microbiology In-Charge

Location:  Punjab, Haryana, himachal Pradesh

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Microbiology In-Charge to lead our microbiology department. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing microbiological testing, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and managing laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all microbiology lab activities and staff
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines for microbiological testing
• Monitor microbial testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Maintain lab equipment, calibration, and validation records
• Prepare and review microbiological reports and documentation
• Implement and maintain microbiology lab SOPs and quality systems
• Coordinate with QA and Production teams for microbiological support
• Lead investigations related to microbiological deviations or contamination issues

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
• Minimum 4 years experience in pharmaceutical or related microbiology lab
• Good knowledge of microbiological techniques, media preparation, and lab instrumentation
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA, WHO, ISO
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹50,000 – ₹55,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
