Job Summary:

Leeford Healthcare Ltd. is hiring Medical Representatives / Business Development Managers for its Urology and Nephrology division. The role involves driving sales, promoting key products, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory. Candidates with relevant therapy and territory knowledge will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and generate prescriptions for Nephrology and Urology products to healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Develop strong relationships with nephrologists, urologists, and key hospital stakeholders
• Execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Conduct CME programs, product presentations, and brand awareness initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, prescriptions, and competitor activity
• Report market feedback and competitor intelligence regularly
• Ensure timely submission of daily reports and use of CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Sc, B.Pharma, or any Graduate
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year in Uro/Nephro segment preferred
  • Ideally 2+ years in Nephro and Uro segment with strong network
• Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for healthcare sales may also apply (experience not a strict barrier)

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Uro/Nephro therapy areas and treatment protocols
• Territory knowledge of Chandigarh / Lucknow / Meerut / Jaipur
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and digital reporting tools
• Adaptable and self-driven with a go-getter attitude
• Ability to build long-term relationships with HCPs and KOLs
