Junior Export Executive

Experience: Fresher / 0-2 Years (Preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Export Executive to support our pharmaceutical export operations. The role primarily focuses on inside sales, export documentation, and coordination with clients and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support export sales activities and handle inside sales communication
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth export operations
• Prepare and maintain export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
• Assist in order processing, follow-ups, and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve export-related issues

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of export/import procedures and documentation (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
