Role Overview:

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Despatch/Billing Executive to handle all despatch-related tasks, including supervising material movement and ensuring accurate billing. This role is vital for maintaining efficient shipping operations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle all despatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods

✅ Supervise loading and unloading of materials as per invoice and dispatch schedule

✅ Prepare and manage invoices and dispatch documents

✅ Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams for smooth operations

✅ Maintain proper records of all dispatched materials and support stock reconciliation

✅ Ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance in dispatch processes

Candidate Requirements:

🎓 Education:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred but not mandatory)

🛠️ Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in dispatch and billing roles
• Familiarity with logistics processes, invoice handling, and documentation
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills
