📝 Job Description:

We are hiring IPQA Executive (Manufacturing) with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role requires deep understanding of in-process quality checks, line clearance protocols, and aseptic behaviors.

As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for monitoring production activities to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and internal quality standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sampling of bulk and semi-finished products during manufacturing.
• Execute dispensing of raw materials as per SOPs.
• Ensure line clearance of manufacturing and filling areas before and after operations.
• Monitor aseptic practices and ensure compliance with aseptic behavior protocols.
• Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain documentation in line with GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and QA/QC departments for timely support.

🎯 Job Requirements:

• B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc or related qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in IPQA or QA in a pharma manufacturing unit.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and regulatory norms.
• Sound knowledge of aseptic processing & behavior.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
