Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and driven E-commerce Specialist to lead and optimize our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, with hands-on experience in Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), product listing, and marketplace management. Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, feature-rich demonstrations of our CRM software to potential clients, emphasizing its capabilities and relevance to e-commerce.Client Onboarding: Effectively liaise with clients across diverse product categories to ensure seamless onboarding onto the CRM platform.Market Research & Pre-Demo Preparation: Conduct in-depth research on product listings and marketplace trends to create impactful pre-demo pitches with real-life examples.Problem-Solving During Demos: Identify client pain points, tailor demonstrations to address their challenges, and present the CRM as a customized solution.Domain Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of accounting, inventory management, and supply chain operations to address client queries confidently.Post-Onboarding Support: Develop strategies to assist clients post-onboarding, ensuring they can efficiently utilize CRM features for maximum ROI.Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to refine client pitches, improve feature demonstrations, and align communication strategies with business goals.Technical Implementation: Manage the live implementation of CRM systems on client devices, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise during the process.Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics post-implementation and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction and platform efficiency.Marketplace Expertise: Oversee product listing and optimization across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others to improve visibility and sales.Campaign Management: Utilize platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads to create and monitor performance-driven campaigns.Innovative Solutions: Stay updated with emerging e-commerce technologies and trends, incorporating best practices into operational strategies.

 

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or operations.Expertise in OMS and WMS platforms, with hands-on experience in tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.

Skills:In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, logistics, and marketplace strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms.Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.A customer-centric approach with the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
