Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Paper Tube Technician to manage and oversee the manufacturing process of paper tubes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and quality control in line with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and clean paper tube manufacturing machines daily
• Supervise contractual manpower involved in manufacturing, inspection, and packing of paper tubes
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of the manufacturing area/floor
• Conduct regular sampling and testing of paper tubes to verify product quality
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and maintain healthy working conditions

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: 10th Passed / 10+2 / Sr. Secondary
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in paper tube manufacturing or related fields
• Strong operational knowledge of manufacturing machines
• Ability to supervise and manage workforce effectively
