Role Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, new product development, and brand growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in P&L management, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, consumer insights, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, including product positioning, messaging, launch timelines, and post-launch analysis.
  • Build and manage a strong brand identity through creative campaigns, media outreach, and public relations initiatives to increase awareness and trust.
  • Plan and execute social media strategies and influencer partnerships to build online engagement, generate buzz, and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling assets—product videos, launch creatives, PR kits, social content, etc.—that align with brand tone and goals.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to shape marketing decisions and product narratives.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Digital teams to ensure alignment of product strategy and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, PR, events, and retail to boost brand visibility and product performance.
  • Continuously monitor brand health and visibility across platforms; optimize campaigns and placements to enhance reach and impact.


Note - We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Product Marketing, particularly those who have led end-to-end product launches—from developing go-to-market strategies to executing detailed implementation plans. Please note, we are not considering candidates from solution-based industries or companies (e.g., services, consulting, or custom solutions). Our ideal candidate comes from a product-led organization with direct ownership and execution of product marketing initiatives.
