💼 Position: Deputy Manager – Production

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager (or Assistant Manager) for our Production Department in the Cycle Tyre industry. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of hands-on experience, with strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, ISO/TS 16949, 5S, and process improvement methodologies.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations for tyre manufacturing
• Monitor productivity, quality, and manpower efficiency
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer requirements
• Implement and sustain systems like ISO/TS 16949, 5S, and Lean practices
• Lead and guide production teams, shift in-charges, and operators
• Analyze and improve production processes to reduce waste and downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for smooth workflow

🎯 Key Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in the Cycle Tyre or related manufacturing industry
• Hands-on exposure to core production processes
• Working knowledge of production systems and documentation
• Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949, 5S methodology, and process controls
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead large teams effectively
• Technical qualifications (Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering preferred)
