Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Production to lead core production activities within the cycle tyre manufacturing sector. The candidate should be familiar with production systems and quality standards such as ISO 16949 and 5S principles, supporting efficient and compliant manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and supervise core production processes to meet output and quality targets

✅ Assist senior management in daily production planning and execution

✅ Implement and maintain ISO 16949 and 5S standards on the shop floor

✅ Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization

✅ Troubleshoot production issues and ensure continuous improvement

✅ Support safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized production environment

✅ Report production status and challenges to Assistant Manager/Manager level

Candidate Requirements:

🎓 Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field

🛠️ Experience & Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in production management, preferably in cycle tyre or related manufacturing industry
• Basic working knowledge of ISO 16949 quality management system and 5S methodology
• Strong system knowledge and familiarity with production workflows
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
