Business Development Manager :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use Online and Offline Platforms to get leads and directly reach out to them
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, websites, LMS platforms, etc)
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis will be a Plus.
  • Experience in interacting with clients in different countries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.
  • Be a key player and contributor to the direction & management of the growing sales team.
  • Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Update and maintain CRM Tools (Zoho)
  • Monitor Industry Trends, Work & Competitors
  • Prepare and Analyse Sales Pipelines & Reports
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive sales initiatives
  • Present IT products/services to potential clients through direct communication (emails, phone calls, meetings)


Skill Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in an IT Organisation (Required)
  • Proven Track Record
  • Understand client project requirements
  • Thorough understanding of websites, software & development tools
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
