We help businesses drive customer engagement, streamline operations, and grow through smart, tailored Salesforce implementations and support. Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to fuel our growth in the Salesforce CRM services space. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into successful engagements. This role requires a combination of consultative selling, relationship management, and a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Salesforce CRM services domain
  • Do cold calling and create email campaigns on customer data base.
  • Follow up on client for repeat calls, email reminders and convert leads into opportunity’s.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with all prospect and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services or CRM solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-starter with a consultative sales approach and a growth mindset

Preferred

  • Experience with lead generation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS sales cycles
