We are hiring an experienced Billing Executive with hands-on exposure to ERP systems to manage billing operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate bills/invoices using ERP software.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with accounts and sales departments for billing queries.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• B.Com graduate with 3–4 years of relevant billing experience.
• Proficient in using ERP systems for billing and invoicing.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Ambala.

Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
