Assistant Manager – Production

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Production with expertise in manufacturing both liquid and dry injections. The candidate will oversee production activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of manufacturing targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise production processes for liquid and dry injections
• Ensure adherence to GMP and safety standards during production
• Coordinate with Quality Control and other departments to maintain product quality
• Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
• Identify and resolve production issues to optimize efficiency
• Train and lead production staff to improve performance
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 6 years of production experience in liquid and dry injections manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
