We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager – Finance from an Infrastructure background to join our finance leadership team in Ludhiana. This is a strategic role focused on financial reporting, compliance, and financial control.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (Income Tax, GST, etc.)
• Develop internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate financial policies
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for infrastructure projects
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management
• Ensure timely submissions of financial statements and MIS reports
• Liaise with project teams for fund allocation, utilization, and tracking

🎯 Eligibility & Skills

• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree
• 7–8 years of experience, preferably in the Infrastructure or EPC sector
• Strong grasp of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
• Expertise in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
